Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging industry trends and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions in quantum computing and AI integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, biocomputing) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning models
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026-specific challenges in climate tech and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two future-focused domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of translating technological foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities using tools like Tableau or Power BI for trend visualization
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market deployment
