Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry trends
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0)
- Design innovation frameworks for scalable digital transformation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical guidelines for AI and autonomous system deployments
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-readiness methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
