Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI)
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry partners at quarterly innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate patent-pending technologies with 5+ year commercial horizons
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with long-term tech forecasting (minimum 5-year horizon)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
