- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology ROI and adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous fiscal oversight
- Mentor a team of 5-7 technology futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive tech initiatives to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling tools
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Agile/Lean innovation methodologies preferred
