Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and next-gen infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to market deployment
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing future technology task force
- Ensure ethical and sustainable integration of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
