- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate breakthrough innovations into product roadmaps
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning skills
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI, Google Quantum)
