Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with competitive analysis
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous and biotech innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (>$100M ARR)
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Active patent portfolio with 15+ granted innovations
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
