Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Identify and mitigate technological risks across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record launching tech products with >$10M revenue impact
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong data analytics and market research capabilities
- Certified in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTP+) preferred
- Experience scaling teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or MBA
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
