Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps and investment proposals to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across the organization
- Monitor global tech policy trends and their impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- MSc/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
