Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AI ethics, quantum adoption, neuro interfaces)
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and ROI measurement frameworks
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and prototype development
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs for future-tech R&D
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives across enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, AI Act)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
