- Develop ESG-compliant innovation frameworks for next-gen products
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across R&D initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven experience scaling experimental solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Track record of securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or HBR
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries
