Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into existing and future product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders, driving data-driven decision-making
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to anticipate disruptions and opportunities
- Manage innovation pilots and proof-of-concept projects for transformative technologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or relevant Master's preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, AR/VR, or biotech integration
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
