Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for quantum computing and advanced AI integration
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks balancing innovation with environmental impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology analysts
- Establish KPIs for tracking technology adoption readiness and market disruption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills using Python, R, or advanced BI tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Technology
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
