Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and strategic communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
