- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop and execute innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic insights into actionable development priorities
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation taskforces including engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and adoption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within tech-forward industries
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Experience with scenario planning and market disruption analysis
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment valuation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
