Responsibilities

- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech innovations into core offerings
- Build stakeholder consensus through compelling data-driven presentations and scenario planning
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology adoption and deployment
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for experimental technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of future-focused thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethical AI frameworks, and sustainability implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech strategy implementation for future-oriented initiatives
