Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 CTOs and academic institutions
- Present technology vision to board of directors and secure buy-in for major capital investments
- Oversee emerging technology incubator managing 15+ high-growth startups
- Drive regulatory compliance for next-gen tech deployments across 3 continents
- Mentor C-suite executives on digital transformation best practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years at executive level (VP/Director equivalent)
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale technology transformation programs
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals (IEEE, ACM, Nature)
- Experience securing $20M+ technology budgets with measurable ROI
- Patents in AI implementation or distributed systems preferred
