Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct scenario planning for technology disruptions and regulatory changes
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and ethical impact
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and patent landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with agile development methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
