Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and innovation projects
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with strong business acumen
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments

- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO-level certifications) strongly preferred
