Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape studies for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation for futuristic technology initiatives
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify disruptive startups
- Represent InnovateCorp at global technology summits and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro interfaces
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry publications
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
