- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI agents, quantum algorithms, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Partner with C-suite to integrate strategic tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Present technology visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: generative AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
