Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational vision

- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture principles
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or platforms
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Sloan)
