Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints with R&D, product, and executive teams to validate emerging tech viability
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite and board members using immersive VR simulations
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants by crafting compelling future-tech narratives
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab focused on sustainable tech solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ ARR impact
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 publications
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures forecasting tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented or commercially deployed future-tech solutions
