Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI ethics, autonomous systems, and climate tech
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) for strategic integration opportunities
- Forge industry partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovators
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary tech developed under your leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up tech firms
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
