Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and investor expectations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology strategy insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Drive R&D investments in next-generation technologies with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience building and managing innovation ecosystems and venture partnerships
