Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ horizon, aligning with market trends and business growth targets
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for technological disruptions and regulatory changes
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with real-world applications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a network of industry experts, startups, and academic institutions for innovation scouting
- Define KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and translating them into actionable strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and futures research frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy (preferred)
