Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI)
- Analyze global tech policy implications and advise on regulatory compliance frameworks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative innovation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or Web3
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Certified in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTP) or equivalent experience
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical executives
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
