Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business growth targets
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and manage partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor technology teams in futurism methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
