Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Analyze global tech disruptions using predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present strategic vision to C-suite stakeholders and investors with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for high-impact future technology initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics, or neural interfaces
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle and market forecasting models
- Track record of launching innovative products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Roadmapping (e.g., APMP, CSTM)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing technology investment decisions
