- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into current product ecosystems
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Establish innovation labs and manage R&D budgets for experimental technologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and lifecycle management
- Mentor emerging technologists and foster a culture of bold innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain) and market analysis
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching at least two disruptive tech initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTe) or equivalent
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
