Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, biocomputing)
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investment committees
- Oversee ethics and compliance frameworks for experimental technologies
- Manage partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum initiatives at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Architecture (CTA) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscape for emerging tech
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
