Responsibilities
- Lead technology roadmap development for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Design scalable architectures for distributed autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams across 3 global innovation centers
- Present strategic briefings to board members and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation through patent development and open-source contributions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling tech products from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis
- Published research in IEEE or peer-reviewed journals preferred
- Experience managing global distributed teams
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
