- Lead innovation labs and R&D initiatives to create proprietary IP and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology investments with growth targets
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining technology products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences
