Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ industry trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Translate technological insights into executive presentations and investor communications
- Oversee the creation of innovation frameworks and governance protocols for emerging tech adoption
- Represent the company at global tech forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
