Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and scientific breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (biotech, nanotech, climate tech)
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and government labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members for investment decisions
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Accelerator Program
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026+ technology solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership (quantum/AI experience preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $10M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in futures methodology (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaborations
- Portfolio demonstrating work on climate-positive or accessibility-focused tech
