Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy by analyzing quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional task forces to implement emerging tech pilots with measurable ROI targets
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members using data-driven scenario modeling
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio through vendor partnerships and academic collaborations
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary tech in next-gen computing and sustainable systems
- Mentor senior engineers on technology adoption frameworks and market disruption patterns
- Produce annual tech horizon reports for investors and regulatory stakeholders
Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum initiatives with >$10M impact
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Patent portfolio management experience with 5+ granted innovations
