Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position InnovateX as an industry pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation programs for experimental technologies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory developments impacting 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
