Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps focusing on quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech interfaces, climate tech) for strategic alignment
- Develop patent strategies and IP frameworks for future-facing innovations
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment in 2026+ ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI safety, or climate modeling
- Strong network within Silicon Valley venture capital and research institutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks for geopolitical tech disruption
- Prior success scaling technology teams to $100M+ revenue impact
