Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neurotech, ambient AI) and forecast market impact through 2026
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) strongly preferred
