Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with 15+ engineers and researchers
- Secure and manage $10M+ annual R&D budget for future-tech initiatives
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Partner with Stanford/MIT for cutting-edge research implementation
- Develop sustainable tech frameworks for 2026 ESG compliance
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven experience scaling AI/quantum projects to enterprise level
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong background in sustainable tech and ESG frameworks
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Track record of securing $5M+ innovation budgets
