Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats through data-driven analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption success and ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking and vendor partnerships
- Mentor technology strategists and cultivate an innovation lab culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or futurism roles
- Proven track record of scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or adjacent disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (MBA preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management strongly preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams across global matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or industry journals
