Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quantifiable milestones and KPIs

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical initiatives with business objectives and future market demands
- Present strategic technology recommendations to the executive board and secure executive buy-in
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research organizations for innovation scouting
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across all business units to prepare for 2026 technological shifts
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market analysis and benchmarking against industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their potential business applications
