- Champion innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring long-term tech adoption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Proven track record leading cross-continental tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces)
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
