Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ innovation horizons
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI impact
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-departmental innovation culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
