Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for future tech solutions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate strategic initiatives
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with agile development and lean innovation frameworks
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
