Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused on the 2026 strategic vision, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead and manage internal R&D labs to explore and prototype emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Edge Computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance microservices architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technology partners and open-source ecosystems to enhance our digital infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to strict data privacy regulations and cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and executing complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and adapt to rapidly changing technological landscapes.
