Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise applications

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies requiring preemptive R&D
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive computing infrastructure
- Create technology roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent field
- 8+ years experience in advanced R&D with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of leading technology commercialization initiatives
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Management (STM)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
