Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Architect AI-powered predictive systems for autonomous infrastructure
- Develop immersive AR/VR experiences for next-gen human-computer interaction
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Create blockchain-based supply chain transparency solutions
- Prototype and validate next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI/Quantum Computing
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on tech innovation
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
- Proven track record leading $50M+ tech transformation projects
- Deep knowledge of ISO 42001 AI management systems
- Experience with EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in developing ethical AI governance models
