Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology vision to C-suite and investors with compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology R&D with 3+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable prototypes solving future-facing challenges
