Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (MS with 10+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in AI/ML deployment at scale with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Certification in emerging tech ethics frameworks (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation projects
- Demonstrated success in commercializing future-focused technologies
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global collaboration
